API : FlexCare : App whitelist : Update release

Introduction

This will update a single release (APK version) of a whitelisted app.

Only the properties sent in the body are written; everything else on the release is left unchanged. An app must always have exactly one default release, so the default flag cannot be cleared on the current default release. Making a release the default instead clears the flag on all other releases of the app.
